Kites is nost just like a hobbies to Balinese, is more than that, its like a way of life or Balinese culture even a sports. Playing kites in Bali is for everybody young, old, man , woman. This Activities has significant rituals meaning, this game is dedicated to deity, called "Rare Angon". This deity is protector for cattle and farming, so has to entertain to make him happy by flying kite. In Bali we have annual kita festival, which is fall during wind season July to august, this festival started in 1979 followed by thousand of participant. Sky is very colorful during this event, big , small, any shape and colour of kites in the sky an amazing view.
